Work is Complete on The New Jumbotron for Pelham High School. Football on the Hill just became a little bigger🤩 Thank you to the Pelham City Board of Education and Lathan Associates Architects for a successful project. A special thank you to our site superintendent, Jim Valentine, for his hard work on this project & great drone photos.

Today is a sad day at BBI as we say our see ya later's 👋 to this special lady, long time executive assistant, Kimberly McManus Bragg! I'm sure she will not miss the endless telemarketing calls, bid openings, close out books, submittals, change order back up, pick tickets, AP invoices, and mass filing assignments but we sure will miss her around here!! 12 Years is a Long Time spent together and I appreciate all her efforts and hard work over the years! Wishing her all the best and hope she enjoys her early retirement to watch her babies grow up in their last years of high school! She will definitely be missed here at Bennett Building.

Daily Job Duties Include:
- Interpreting Construction Plans
-Cutting Construction Materials according to specifications or superintendent direction.
-Install window frames and doors.
-Using a range of hand & power tools.
-Light interior demolition.
-Equipment Operation is a plus.
Reliable Transportation and Driver's License Required. Hourly Rate of Pay is DOE.

*Experience building ground up (concrete knowledge is a must).
*Strong attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
*10 Hours OSHA training required.
*Must understand plans & specifications and be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations.
*Must be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
*Monitor & Drive the project schedule.
*Must be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
* Maintain a good cooperative relationship with the architect, engineers, subcontractors,material suppliers, inspectors and the clients.
*Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience.
*Physical labor, equipment operation, and some heavy lifting do occur for this position.
*Rate of Pay DOE.
