We are not looking for full retail-priced properties. We are looking for realistic opportunities where the property, price, condition, and potential make sense.
A property may be a good fit if it needs work, has cleanup needs, has development potential, or can be purchased below full retail market value.
A property usually is not a good fit for direct purchase if the seller wants top-dollar retail value or if more is owed on the property than it can reasonably be purchased for.
If the property fits as a direct purchase, we may be able to move quickly. If a traditional listing appears to be the better option, X3 Land Group Real Estate Brokerage can discuss that route separately.

You saw us break this glass with our track loader in a previous video but we thought we would show why we used the loader. Code requires tempered glass for a reason. Not only is it tough but if it breaks, it breaks into small pieces not shards. We actually mixed this into the stone for the driveway.
