If you have been on our website recently, you will notice a major, modern redesign. It is still a work in progress as we have been closely working with the provider to clear out the bugs and give you the same detailed information about building your dream home. Hopefully the links to the documents will be fixed soon, along with putting all new photos on the site that pertain to our particular building standards. Thank you as always for following us and if you see anything on there that you want to comment about, feel free to let us know.

Remember, as always, if you refer us to a customer and they end up building with us, you get a referral fee! And it's not just a $20 gas card or something that small. Thank you!

Our next upcoming project - been working on it this morning since before the roosters were awake. Looking forward to providing a home for another nice family.

We're adding more visual interest to our floor plan brochures as we anticipate a completely new website design. We value your opinion. Is there anything that you would do differently?

A discussion comes up quite frequently among friends regarding the per-square-foot costs and 'how much money builders appear to be making'. After one friend went to the lumber yard recently, he quickly called me and realized that everything has exponentially increased. I had to reinforce to him that most builders aren't getting rich by being in this business. The cost of materials is high and that's the new normal. When you add our additional general business costs, the money doesn't just miraculously pile up. Are we more expensive that some builders? Initially, maybe. That's due to our list of standard features and the fact that we like to use reputable, quality suppliers and labor. We use premium materials where possible and have higher starting allowances than some companies. We all seem to have a niche in the market. That just happens to be ours.

In some of our free time after hours, we did a fun little 3D study for an industry partner. The 'robots' changed a few things but it's pretty close to the original concept.
