ABC Restoration is looking for someone who is confident and KNOWS how to sell exterior roofing and siding while keeping up-to-date communication with our clients and our main office. We have a heavy marketing and media campaign to generate the leads and we are overwhelmed with work based on our reputation. We need help immediately
*Residential and Commercial Sales
*Asphalt and Metal Roofs
*Commercial Sales includes all types of commercial roofing, especially flat roofs
*Salary compensated on experience and sales ability.
Our Sales reps regularly make between $75,000 - $125,000 annually
• HAVING a truck/van and a ladder is a positive but not necessary
• BONUS programs for the individual that delivers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
As a home improvement sales professional, you should be able to:
• Manage a daily schedule.
• Communicate with customers and other team members.
• Identify current issues with exterior and interior construction projects, and provide solutions.
• Measure the roof, gutters, and siding to determine square footage.
• Provide and present detailed estimates for exterior and interior construction projects.
• Follow up with all prospects.
• Ability to work in a high pace team atmosphere.
• Self-motivated.
• Manage multiple customers at a time
• Honesty and integrity
