As our team continues to grow, we’re thrilled to welcome Randy Everett to Continuum Environmental Services as an Operations Manager for the Operations & Maintenance Division! 🎉

Randy brings more than 22 years of experience in the landfill gas industry, with a proven track record in operations management, team leadership, and client service. In addition, Randy brings vast experience in analyzing ET landfills and other distressed wellfields sites. As Operations Manager of the LFG Operations & Maintenance Division, Randy will work closely with the team to manage daily operations, strengthen division performance, and help drive continued growth.

His leadership, experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset as CES continues to expand and enhance our services.

📣 We’re excited to welcome Allen “Butch” Bradburn to the CES team as the Client Liaison & Quality Control Manager!

Butch comes to CES with more than 46 years of experience in the waste management industry and brings an outstanding level of knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise to the team. Throughout his career, Butch has earned a reputation for building strong client relationships, leading successful operations, and delivering results. As CES’s Client Liaison & Quality Control Manager, Butch will work to increase communication and feedback with existing and future clients as well as improve the overall performance of our field crews.

Butch will support business development, operational oversight, quality control initiatives, and client relations across all CES’s divisions. His extensive experience and dedication to excellence will further enhance CES’s commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients nationwide.

• Experienced Traveling Laborer

This is a hands-on, traveling position that requires prior field experience. You’ll be working on job sites in various locations, supporting daily operations, handling materials, assisting with equipment, and helping keep projects running safely and efficiently.

The right candidate will have a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling for extended periods, often spending several weeks on the road. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions and handle long, physically demanding days. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality work wherever the job takes them.

Who says safety training can’t come with a little adrenaline? 🏁🏎️🪓

Our crew went head-to-head in axe throwing, pushed the limits on the go-kart track, and jumped into immersive VR games for a team-building event that was equal parts competitive and fun! Moments like this remind us how strong our team is—on and off the job.
