It was a great night at the IIDA Ohio Kentucky Chapter Interior Design Awards! Our team took home an award in the HEAL category for the County of Summit ADM Board Frese Residential Step-Down Center.

The Frese Residential Step-Down Center is a 16-bed residential facility dedicated to supporting individuals as they transition from acute mental health care to independent living. The center’s interior design was inspired by warm, contemporary lodge aesthetics, featuring materials and color palettes that create a welcoming atmosphere.

Congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding work on this project!

We joined The University of Toledo to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new Dorothy and Georgianna Saloff Welcome Center. As the new “front door” to the University, this space will welcome prospective students and visitors to campus. Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this vision to life!

It was a great day at The Oak Clinic’s Acorn 5k! Our team has had the honor of collaborating with The Oak Clinic on the design of a new 30,000 SF building that will support their mission of treating and empowering individuals with MS regardless of their ability to pay. It was exciting to see the conceptual plans revealed at the event and share in the excitement for what’s ahead.

Designed with students in mind 📓✏️

This project at Benedictine High School transformed the existing cafeteria and kitchen into a modern Student Commons, providing students with flexible spaces for dining, studying, or gathering. The renovation also extended the space to the outdoors with a new patio.

Watching a project take shape is always exciting, especially when it’s in your own office! Our Cleveland office expansion is underway.

This project will add approximately 1,200 SF to our existing space, with new offices and conference rooms to support our growing team. Stay tuned for updates!

We had a great day celebrating the groundbreaking of the Tuscarawas Central Catholic Fieldhouse & Community Center!

For Project Architect Nick Davis, a TCC alum, the groundbreaking marked a full-circle moment. Nick joined the celebration and is helping lead the design of this exciting new facility.
