Good morning gardening friends! This morning I was greeted with more beautiful blooms from my lilies. Who would’ve guessed that a $7 investment 3 years ago would grow into this stunning little patch. 😊

😍 Black in bloom. This is just one plant. I will be planting more for a more dramatic garden statement in the years to come.

No more wasted mushrooms over this way!! I’ll still dehydrate some for powder but the bulk will be preserved in this new way.

I finished my crochet bag! It’s enormous but I love it nonetheless. I’ll be taking this to the farmers market and such.

I’m trying out a new method for temporarily preserving my mushrooms until it sauce making time. I’m cooking them up and then freezing them in either oil or butter. I’ll let you know how it works out later in the year.
