We’re growing, and we’re looking to build our strongest team yet for the upcoming season.
We’re looking for 3–4 hardworking, skilled, and dependable people to join New Era Designs starting March 2027, with potential to start immediately for the right candidates.
We’re not looking for people who just want to clock in and collect a paycheck.
We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up, work hard, take care of equipment, hold themselves accountable, and want to grow with a company.
🔨 EXPERIENCED HARDSCAPE INSTALLER
$25–$35+/hr based on experience
Looking for someone experienced in:
• Paver patios & walkways
• Retaining walls
• Excavation & base preparation
• Grading & drainage
• Compaction
• Equipment operation
• Detailed finishing work
Experience with Unilock, natural stone, Redi-Rock, skid steers, CTLs, and excavators is a major plus.
🌱 EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE FOREMAN
$28–$35+/hr based on experience
Looking for someone who can:
• Lead a landscape installation crew
• Read and follow landscape plans
• Handle planting, grading & bed preparation
• Manage materials and daily workflow
• Operate landscape construction equipment
• Maintain high-quality finished work
• Communicate with management and customers
• Work independently and take ownership of a project
This is a leadership position with room to grow as New Era continues expanding.
🚜 MOWING CREW MEMBER
$18–$24/hr based on experience
We’re looking for dependable people who:
• Show up on time
• Work hard
• Take pride in a clean, professional property
• Can operate commercial mowers or are willing to learn
• Take care of trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Work well as part of a team
• Want opportunities to learn and advance
Previous mowing experience is preferred but not required for the right person.
