One of the leaders helping shape that vision is Co Founder and CEO, Oliver Nunez.
Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, Oliver developed a passion for construction and development through years of hands on experience in the field and a drive to create a better building experience for homeowners throughout the Southeast. From an early age, he was drawn to the process of turning ideas, land, and vision into finished homes and communities families could truly be proud of.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken, Oliver has helped oversee and manage the construction, renovation, restoration, and development of more than 90 residential projects across South Carolina and neighboring markets. His background includes custom homes, multifamily restoration projects, large scale renovations, and ground up residential construction, giving him extensive knowledge in both field operations and project management.
Known for his hands on leadership style, Oliver stays actively involved throughout every phase of construction, from planning and budgeting to ex*****on and final delivery. His focus remains centered on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, accountability, and delivering homes that stand apart from the typical builder grade standard.
Through Tridium Development, Oliver’s vision is to provide homeowners with a more transparent, streamlined, and personalized building experience while continuing to grow a company built on integrity, trust, and lasting relationships.
