We began by removing all of the old & tired centipede grass, hauling it off, and doing some light grading for drainage in a few key areas to protect the new pool and turf. Following the initial cleanup, we installed a complete 10-zone irrigation system, providing precise coverage for the entirety of the lawn, ensuring there would be no dry spots regardless of environmental conditions. Finally, we prepared the surface and installed just over two full truckloads of zoysia grass, which I highly recommend for a lawn-setting.
