Project milestone - Siding Complete!! Worked a bit later tonight to get all of the siding finished. Level One, Inc. got the garage floor cut and stated prepping for sidewalks, patio and driveway extension. We had a great week on the site! Cheers to the weekend!

Owner David Hillard discovered his passion for construction early, getting his start in high school shop class and working summers remodeling homes. He went on to earn an Associateโ€™s Degree in Building Technology and a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University. After gaining hands on experience in the field and spending eight years teaching residential construction at a local tech center, David now runs Creekside Carpentry full time.

Hard to believe that the trusses werenโ€™t on this build less than 2 weeks ago. Roof is shingled, fascia & soffit complete, windows installed, siding started, hvac, plumbing and electrical all going in. This is what a well oiled machine should look like. Proud of the progress! Keep the foot on the gas!

Weekly update! Fascia & soffit complete. Started siding, HVAC, plumbing and electrical all this week. House will look completely different next week. Coming along very nicely! Stay tuned!

Rain, rain go away! Thankfully we had some interior work we could do today. Stairway knee walls complete! Fully ready for all subcontractors now!
