MEET➡️:Adair Resendiz!!!😎

Adair is a proud University of Texas at Arlington graduate who started his construction career from the ground up, literally! He began as a concrete laborer, working alongside his dad and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Today, Adair has taken the next step in his career and brings that field experience to his role as an Estimator, giving him a unique perspective when it comes to understanding projects from the ground up.

Outside of work, Adair enjoys spending time with his fiancée and family, watching soccer and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and staying active with workouts.

And his biggest project this year? Getting married! Adair and his fiancée are tying the knot this year and will be celebrating with a dream honeymoon in Italy and Greece…. Lucky! 😍🙌

Last week, a few of us stepped onto the green for the 2026 Metrocrest Area Chamber Annual Golf Classic! ⛳️

We enjoyed some time on the course, caught up with familiar faces, and had a great time supporting a great cause!

Sure, an award is pretty cool (and we’re definitely not complaining 😉), but what means the most to us is the people behind it. The ones who show up for each other, work hard, laugh a lot, and somehow manage to make work genuinely fun.

We’re proud of the culture we’ve built together and grateful for the amazing people who make Sirius what it is every day.

What better feeling is there than renovating a space and then coming back to volunteer in it? Talk about a truly special full-circle experience! 💙

We had so much fun getting the new space ready for the week ahead and preparing it to serve the community.

Our team pitched in with packing, loading, cleaning, and even a little gardening.😉 It was such a rewarding day filled with teamwork, giving back, and making a difference together!

✨We were honored to be part of the interior renovation of the new home of Good Samaritans of Garland, transforming a 8,458-square-foot site into a space built to better serve the community!

From new offices and an expanded pantry to increased food storage, indoor waiting area, and a truck canopy, every update was made with the community in mind.

This project is about more than construction, it’s about creating a welcoming place where families can find support, access resources, and feel cared for.

We’re grateful to have played a small part in a project that will make a lasting impact for years to come! 💗

We were honored to be part of the 6th Annual Murder Mystery Dinner this past Saturday in support of Good Samaritans of Garland, and what a night it was!

From a wildly entertaining cast (with just the right amount of drama) to a great meal and even greater mission, it all made for an evening to remember.

There’s something special about a room full of people coming together for a cause bigger than themselves, and this night was exactly that.
