As another summer comes to a close, we're proud to celebrate an incredible group of Scott + Reid interns as they head back to school.

Over the past few months, they stepped onto active jobsites, worked alongside our project teams, asked great questions, embraced new challenges, and gained a firsthand look at what it takes to deliver successful projects. Along the way, they reminded us that learning goes both ways. Their curiosity, fresh perspectives, and enthusiasm made our teams better. When we asked what they'll take away from this summer, the answers weren't about concrete or schedules. They talked about communication, teamwork, attention to detail, confidence, and the value of asking questions. Those are lessons that extend far beyond construction, and they're the same principles that define our culture every day.

Thank you, Michelle, Thomas, Grace, Noah, Danny, and Gabe for choosing to spend your summer with Scott + Reid. Designed in collaboration with ENTOS Design, the workplace features custom millwork, architectural wood accents, glass office fronts, premium finishes, and a distinctive acoustic ceiling feature that brings added character to the space. From coordinating work within one of Dallas' most iconic office buildings to delivering every detail with precision, our team was proud to bring this workplace to life.
