Why is there such a price difference between companies that offer "air duct cleaning" services? How do I choose the best company?

We're often asked these questions and encourage consumers to do their research before booking a duct cleaning with a low cost company. Quality over quantity is so important when it comes to whole home air duct cleaning, as the duct work is what distributes the airflow through your home and heating and cooling system. So what should you look for when it comes to having the service performed?

🔹 Use an actual HVAC company. Our technicians are skilled, certified and trained in all components of your heating and cooling system. HVAC is their main focus.
🔹 A thorough duct cleaning should take several hours and should never be a "quick process". Our air duct cleaning services can often take, on average 3 - 5 hours (sometimes more) depending on the home, duct system and other determining factors.
🔹 ALL the duct work should be cleaned, not just the surface area of the vents. We access every part of the duct system in your home.
🔹 Whole home air duct cleaning should be priced as a flat rate, not per vent. Use caution when air duct cleaning is priced per vent, oftentimes the entire system is not being accessed. Our pricing is flat rate for every duct service we provide.

Help prevent frozen or burst pipes by:
Open cabinet doors that enclose pipes to allow heat to reach these pipes.
A dripping faucet may reduce the likelihood of a pipe freezing.
Know where your main water valve and the valve on your water heater are located because it may come in handy in case of a water emergency.
Homes with an internal temperature of 68 degrees or above are less likely to experience frozen pipes.
