✅ Ran new thermostat wire from the rooftop unit to the office thermostat
✅ Replaced the commercial HVAC filter

✅ Tested BOTH air conditioning and heating

The office started around **80°F**. After the repairs, the air conditioning brought the space down to approximately **75°F**, with the thermostat set to 73°F and continuing to cool.
