The Sackets Harbor Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Thomas Excavating/Thomas Trash Service to our member family. 🎉🚛

Thomas Trash Service has been providing prompt, dependable trash and container service to residents and businesses across Jefferson County for nearly 40 years. Founded by the Thomas family in Adams, NY, it's still going strong.

For Sackets Harbor residents and businesses specifically: the Village of Sackets Harbor does not provide public trash collection, which means having a reliable private hauler matters.

Thomas Trash Service offers residential, commercial, and agricultural pickup as well as roll-off container rentals for cleanouts, renovations, and more. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on-call — they work around you.

Friendly, local, and backed by four decades of trust in this community. If you need a hauler in the North Country, you have found your people.

🇺🇸 Independence Day Service Update 🇺🇸

We will be collecting all residential curbside customers as normal on their regular service day this week. There will be no changes to the residential pickup schedule.

Commercial front-load customers may experience slight adjustments to their dump schedule due to landfill and transfer site closures during the holiday week. Our team is working closely around these closures to minimize any disruptions.

As always, we appreciate your continued business and support. Have a safe and enjoyable Independence Day!
