3 jobs in total. A couple of seasonal maintenances, and a no heat call.

This one is 95% done!

A long week, long hours, but we got everything in and ready for start up.

We need propane, and a drain upstairs to tie the condensate into. I also need to charge and start up the AC system. Maybe another day worth of work and we can wrap this one up!

Learn how to diagnose a Fan and Limit control with me!

These are very common on Oil systems, but can still be found on gas systems. This was off an oil furnace i serviced today.

This may be gibberish to some, but should be music to the ears of HVAC Techs. To the “technician” who tapped the side of the old control to “fix it” and charge over $500, shame on you…. You were so close, maybe you will watch my video and see how you are supposed to do it!

Sometimes I am in and out in 5 minutes, other times it’s 5 hours…

Today i got lucky. This new furnace wouldn’t start for the season, so the customer called me.

It was just the power switch in the off position. It will throw a wrench in your plans if you don’t know it’s there! 😂

This was a sad one…

Family of I believe 7 living in this house (4 kids). They just bought it a few months ago, and this is the condition of the heating system. I unfortunately had to red tag it…

I hate being the one to deliver bad news, especially when there is kids involved. But this system is just not safe to run as it sits.

They did have someone come look over the AC system when they moved in, and the tech said everything looked good…. The homeowner said that it worked, but didn’t get air to every register in the home. I told him to not call that company back as they lied to him.

I will make it right. I will rip out the ductwork and re-design everything to work properly, but most importantly safely.

To the guy who did this… you know who you are. This will catch up to you, karma always wins in the end.

I brought another used furnace home...

HVAC is just something I enjoy. I had to order the LP conversion kit online because of how old the furnace is, but this thing is a CHAMP!

Runs well on the small LP tank. I think this one will stay in the shed for heat in the winter. It does not produce water, so no chance of anything freezing. I'll run the vent and call it a day! On demand heat!

Another challenging one!

Customer installed mini split, they wanted me to start it up for them.

Found a couple of leaks, fixed them and all was good!

My glasses decided to die half way through, so i didn’t get the system start up. But i can assure you, the system is heating!
