Just came across these pictures A couple years ago, a client asked if we could spruce up her back deck and her basement stairs.
They came out pretty darn nice.

Because, yes, we pressure wash and paint/stain fences and decks 😊

Lots and lots of pictures of this job! The homeowners wanted to open up the existing garage to their living room and add a bedroom. Added some new windows to the garage and replaced the front windows.

Once upon a time, the snow shot off that roof and ripped off handrails and damaged the deck.
After repairing the deck, installing new posts and replacing the handrails, we fabricated our own snow stop bars and installed them on the roof to prevent a repeat.

What was once an upstairs laundry area is now a custom built to order storage shelving unit.

This customer DEFINITELY needed new steps! We replaced both the front steps and the back landing and stairs.
