I am seeking feedback from both our customers and non-customers. If you have been impacted by insurance claims or policies over the past two years, which underwriters have you been satisfied with? I hope to maintain a positive tone in this discussion, concentrating on your experiences with underwriters. (ie: Auto Owners, Allstate, Pekin, etc, etc…). Please note that this inquiry is targeted towards underwriters, rather than agents or agencies, who are crucial to our communities and generally have our best interests in mind. Again this question is abour your opinions on underwriters rather than agencies, as the latter may not always have control over claim outcomes. What are your experiences?
