This was our largest turn-out to date! Thank you to our team of 22 volunteers who joined us for this year's West Michigan Environmental Action Council Adopt-A-Stream fall cleanup.

Together, we removed 30+ bags of trash and other debris from the river. This mile of river has never looked better thanks to all of you!

The West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has brought new life to Grand Rapids' Southwest side. We are honored to have constructed this incredible facility.

Yesterday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony was a celebration of the people, partnerships, and vision that made it all possible. We’re proud to support the Chamber’s mission and excited to see the lasting impact this new space will have on the community.

Erhardt transformed a long-vacant, 7,315-square-foot property on Peck Street into a new home for Read Muskegon and its growing literacy and education programs.

The revitalized facility features new tutoring and classroom spaces, childcare areas, updated technology and building systems, and extensive interior and exterior improvements—all designed to create a welcoming resource for learners, families, volunteers and community partners.

Opening its doors in June, the new Read Muskegon Hub has brought renewed activity to a previously vacant property while creating more space for literacy, education and opportunity in the Muskegon community.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this important community resource to life!

Another upgrade complete at Grand Valley State University! 🏀

Erhardt Construction recently completed renovations to GVSU’s Arena in Allendale, delivering a refreshed, modernized experience for students, student-athletes, alumni, fans, donors and visitors.

The renovation included 1,476 new bleacher seats, three 25-person suites, a 35-person lounge, new restrooms, equipment storage, flooring and additional improvements throughout the arena.

With the surrounding athletic complex remaining fully occupied, our team carefully coordinated construction around ongoing campus activities while managing an accelerated schedule. Early procurement of long-lead materials and close coordination with GVSU’s scoreboard, audiovisual technology and basketball court improvements helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish.

We’re proud to celebrate our COO, Taggart Town, who was honored with the prestigious 2026 Ferris State University Distinguished Alumni Award during the university’s Homecoming Weekend celebrations!

This recognition is a testament to Taggart’s leadership, accomplishments, and continued impact on his profession and community. We are incredibly proud to have him as one of our leaders.

Last week, Erhardt sponsored and participated in Ferris State University's first-ever CTMG Alumni Network Golf Outing at Terra Verde Golf Club.

We sent two teams out for a great day on the course in support of Ferris State’s Construction and Technology Management program and the next generation of construction professionals.

A special shoutout to our own Loran Oisten, who brought home not one, but TWO wins — Women’s Longest Drive AND Women’s Closest to the Pin! 🏆👏

Erhardt Construction is honored to receive the Safety Award of Excellence from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Western Michigan Chapter—one of the industry’s highest recognitions!

This is our third time receiving this award within 5 years! Safety is truly more than a priority for us; it’s a core value. On every jobsite, every day, with no exceptions—everyone goes home to their families.

This year, we got to host our annual Onesite Safety Training Day right here at our Ada headquarters! The rain held off just enough for a packed day of learning, safety updates, and fun with our entire field and office team.

This year’s sessions included:

🔹 Fire Extinguisher Training with Ada Fire Department - Michigan
🔹 Mental Health Awareness with Mark D**e from Collaborative Counseling Group
