Bryar and Charleigh may not know much about plumbing yet… but they’ve already joined the marketing department.

So if you start seeing our signs popping up around town, just know there were some tiny hands behind the operation.

We’re out in Seven Hills in Dallas, GA today!

Today’s project is a full water line replacement from the meter to the home. We’ve got the crew out, the line exposed, and a new water service going in.

The other one has questions. A LOT of questions.

This week’s episode of, Stephanie follows Tim around with a camera, takes us to an underground water line break feeding a homeowner’s pool house.

Tim found the break Sunday night, got the water shut off, and came back Tuesday morning to make the repair.

Stephanie came along to provide moral support, ask for explanations in terms homeowners would understand, and apparently make plumbing content.

He knows plumbing.
She knows what homeowners might want to ask him.

Well… that wasn’t supposed to happen. 😬

A landscaper was installing a gutter drain when they accidentally hit the home’s gas line.

One call to My Plumber and we were able to get it repaired, protected against corrosion, and back the way it should be.

Just another reminder that sometimes the biggest plumbing problems start with a completely different project.

Fun fact: My Plumber is half woman-owned.

While Tim may be the Master Plumber behind the work, Stephanie gets to represent another side of our family business — building relationships and making sure My Plumber is truly part of the community we serve.

This week she had the opportunity to celebrate XC’s 24th anniversary alongside nearly 80 other local businesses — connecting with other business owners, including so many incredible women doing big things right here in our community. 💙

XC is just one of several local business groups we’re proud to be involved with. Because for us, owning a small business isn’t just about getting our name out there. It’s about showing up, supporting other local businesses, building real relationships, and investing back into the community that supports us.
