🛠️ Position Responsibilities:
Perform residential lawn maintenance to company quality standards.
Safely and efficiently operate commercial zero-turn mowers and maintenance equipment.
Trim, edge, and clean properties with strong attention to detail.
Perform routine equipment inspections.
Represent CLS professionally with outstanding customer service.
Work well independently and as a reliable team player.
📋 Minimum Qualifications:
3–5 years of professional lawn maintenance experience.
Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers.
Proficiency with string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & reliable transportation.
Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
