Hanson Commercial Roofing Project

Another commercial roofing project completed for Chimney Chap in Hanson, Massachusetts!

This project required more than simply installing a new roof. Over one section of the building, we installed a 1/2” CDX plywood layover to provide a proper roofing surface. Because adding a plywood layover can affect the existing airflow, we also made sure the ventilation was corrected properly.

We installed a Lomanco intake deck vent system along with a ridge vent, creating a continuous deck to ridge ventilation system to help promote proper airflow through the roof assembly.

Another beautiful transformation completed in Whitman, MA! 🔨🏡

This project is a great example of why we always recommend removing the existing siding instead of covering it up.

Before we started, the homeowner mentioned that certain areas of the house always felt cold and suspected there wasn’t any insulation in the walls. Once we removed the existing cedar shingles, we confirmed that several wall cavities had no insulation at all.

Our first priority was protecting the home. We installed a new weather-resistant v***r barrier to make the house weather-tight while our insulation crew came in. Within just a couple of days, they had blown cellulose insulation into every wall cavity that was missing insulation, making the home significantly more energy efficient and comfortable.

Once the insulation was complete, we finished the exterior with:
✅ New PVC trim around all windows and doors
✅ White aluminum coil wrapping on all fascia and rake boards
✅ CertainTeed Monogram vinyl siding in the beautiful Pacific Blue color

Another beautiful roof completed in East Bridgewater! 🏠

This home suffered wind damage during the harsh winter storms we experienced this year. After making temporary repairs to protect the home and get the customer through the winter, we met with the insurance adjuster onsite and worked hard to advocate for the homeowner.

Due to a color matching issue, we were able to get half of the roof approved through the insurance claim. The homeowner decided it made sense to replace the entire roof at the same time, ensuring a consistent appearance and a complete roofing system for long-term protection.
