This home had several cracks throughout the brickwork. This one was by a window. We installed piers around the affected area and lifted until we reached our target elevations. In so doing, the crack in the brick closed.

This is a great example of what a successful foundation repair can achieve. In these before and after photos, you'll see that there was a crack in the brickwork to the left of the window.

To remedy this, we installed 10 steel piers along one side of the home, wrapping the corners. Once a desired depth was achieved we lifted the affected side of the home uniformly, achieving positive lift.

Not only did this crack close up, other imperfections inside the home closed up and evened out as well. It was a pleasure to work on this home and it was really exciting that all our expected outcomes were achieved.

In this case, the homeowner recognized signs of settlement in a timely manner before they could progress, causing further damage. It is vitally important to pay attention to the warning signs of foundation movement and have them addressed as soon as possible.

We had the pleasure of attending a ground breaking ceremony for Abilene Restoration Ministries today. It was heart warming to hear testimonies of some of the guys who are a part of that ministry. We look forward to being involved with the community. It's a great opportunity to learn more about other businesses in our community and interact with individuals associated with said businesses.
