Added 2 bedrooms with full sized closets in this basement. Demoed improperly framed and uninsulated exterior walls. Framed in new walls, insulated and hung sheet rock. With a large family. This was a much needed, practical update.

Opened up this patio, and replaced the floor. Along with some pretty substantial repairs. Another company finished wrapping all the exposed wood and re-siding.

What a transformation! Talk about adding resale value, adding 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and over 1,000 sqft of living space. Essentially doubling the entire house. This was a great team effort from the employees to the subcontractors (plumber and electrician), even a lending hand from some family. The end results speak for themselves.
