Elevation Certificates are an important part of the construction, insurance, and mortgage process when building in a regulated part of our state which maybe more prone to flood hazard. These are often referred to as Flood Zones.

Most projects require two elevation certificates to be performed to complete the permit and construction process. One before you can pull a building permit, and one after you are complete in order to finish inspection and get your electricity turned on.

Our office provides guidance through this process with benchmarks and built-in consultation for you and your contractors to make sure you can complete your requirements for any size project.

Some projects even allow for removal of your buildings from the flood zone!
