Представляємо новий проект багатоквартирної житлової будівлі у м.Пхукет, Таїланд. Розташована будівля на краю району MOO7, по вулиці Soi Jaofa. Це перша, пілотна будівля, далі планується розвиток дозволеної ділянки на забудову такими типовими будівлями, що переросте у житловий комплекс зі своєю інфраструктурою. В будівлі для мешканців передбачено свій паркінг на рівні першого поверху. Також на першому поверсі розміщується вхідна група з ліфтами та сходами. Передбачено місце зберігання велосипедів для мешканців будинку, приміщення для сортування побутових відходів та технічні приміщення.
Вище йдуть п’ять поверхів з квартирами від однокімнатних до трьохкімнатних. На верхньому поверсі розміщено частково верхні рівні двоповерхових квартир та зона відпочинку для мешканців будинку, з басейном, кімнатою гри на більярді та настільного тенісу. На розсуд мешканців будинку ці кімнати можуть бути іншої функції.

We present a new project of a multi-apartment residential building in Phuket, Thailand. The building is located on the edge of the MOO7 district, along Soi Jaofa. This is the first, pilot building, further development of the permitted plot for construction with such typical buildings is planned, which will grow into a residential complex with its own infrastructure. The building has its own parking lot for residents on the first floor. Also on the first floor there is an entrance group with elevators and stairs. There is a place to store bicycles for residents of the building, a room for sorting household waste and technical rooms. There are five floors above with one-room to three-room apartments. On the top floor, there are partially upper levels of two-story apartments and a recreation area for the residents of the building, with a swimming pool, a room for playing billiards and table tennis. At the discretion of the residents of the house, these rooms can have a different function.
