Hello everyone, and so we have completed another project, there are still some small details left on the motorcycle. Suzuki boulevard vzr1800 2022, a lot of work has been done. A lot of top tuning has been installed. 1) a long wing of our production has been installed 2) a radiator plow has been installed 3) a radiator grille has been installed 4) a lensed headlight that simply has no analogues 5) fat fork tubes have been installed 6) a branded BOSS overlay has been installed on the steering wheel 7) a long tie has been installed on the gas tank 8) protective arcs have been installed 9) driver's platforms 10) a 300 rear wheel with a custom swingarm of our production has been installed and a lot of other little things, all the details of our production.

A customer came to us with a factory Suzuki VZR1800 / Boulevard M109R.
The phrase was short and harsh:
“Riding a stock bike is a shame.
Make it something NOBODY HAS.”

We agreed on a list of modifications, the scope of work — and started.

The task: to create a full-fledged custom.
Not just visually powerful, but reliable, precise and well-thought-out.

A 300-millimeter rear tire? Yes.
A modified swingarm? Definitely.
But not like everyone else. With an engineering approach.

What's wrong with ready-made solutions:

— Wide wheel touches swingarm
— Drive shaft articulation angles are not met — U-joint is overloaded
— Swingarms have to be modified manually (with a grinder)
— Final drive mount and shock mount are damaged
— Bad geometry and welding

This is not custom. This is an adventure.

What we did:

Completely redesigned rear swingarm — with correct geometry, reinforced elements and load calculations

Custom rear wheel for 300 mm tire — taking into account gaps and wheel center

Kept the standard drive shaft alignment — no bending, no load

All connections, distances, angles — within factory tolerance

Assembly — no fitting, no welding, no "maybe"

But custom is not only calculations. It is style.

We added unique elements that no one else has:

— Fork upper clamps, popularly known as “thick cups”

— Powder coating of all parts
