Uluwatu. Manta Livin — apartments built around the logic of the island.

The brief was clear: deliver density without losing Bali. A building that had to perform commercially and still feel like it belonged to its site.

The curved facade breaks the direct sun load. Vertical columns create rhythm and shadow — passive cooling written into the architecture. Floor-to-ceiling glass pulls the sky in without exposing the interior.

A building that works with the climate, not against it.
