巷弄空間有限，施工時進出、搬運與架設都多了不少難度，但團隊還是一步一步完成，現在終於順利拆架完工，讓小巷恢復原本的日常風景。

With limited space in the narrow alley, construction and material handling were never easy. Still, the team worked through every challenge and completed the project. Now, the scaffolding is down, and the alley is back to its everyday rhythm.

台中海線部分地區，因地籍圖、道路現況與基地實際尺寸可能存在些微位移或誤差，施工前的基地放樣與現場核實就格外重要。透過現場測量、比對與確認，在不影響法規檢討及建築使用的前提下，適度微調配置，讓設計真正落實，也為後續施工打好穩定基礎。

In some areas along Taichung’s coastal region, discrepancies may occur between cadastral maps, existing roads, and actual site dimensions. Site setting-out and verification before construction are therefore essential. Through on-site measurement and careful comparison, adjustments can be made where necessary without affecting regulatory compliance or building use, ensuring the design is properly implemented and providing a solid foundation for construction.
