本事務所於2018年成立於高雄市鹽埕區，為依法開業之正規建築師事務所，由主持建築師李宗霖親力親為各種建築、室內、景觀設計規劃及土地開發評估等專業事務。

主持建築師李宗霖為土生土長的高雄人，對高雄這座城市有獨特的歸屬感。自身擁有西班牙巴塞隆納建築與城鄉設計碩士學位及省能住居研究文憑，且有多年公共工程事務歷練，有感於台灣營建環境長期的扭曲與不透明，因此期許自己可以成為常民與適法適性建築之間的橋樑，將自身的專業學識轉化為實務投注到常民的生活環境中。
