We are looking for an Electrical Engineer,

Job Overview:
The Electrical Engineer is expected to work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team on projects. Projects involve electrical systems design and installation including power distribution, emergency power systems, lighting, fire alarm, communications, and site electrical systems for commercial, industrial and other facilities. The Electrical Engineer must comply with company policies and procedures and relevant engineering, safety and environment standards in the conduct of their work and is expected to exercise strong initiative, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience
• Knowledge of electrical design standards, specifications, codes, regulations and appropriate safety criteria
• Ability to read and understand drawings, contract plans and specifications
• Proficient in REVIT / AutoCAD or other design software

Mechanical Site Superintendent

Job Overview:
The Mechanical Superintendent’s job is to run the day-to-day operations on the
construction site and control the project build schedule. This includes managing all project
assigned crew. The role of the Mechanical Superintendent also includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Coordinates with Project Manager and project team daily.
• Plans, assigns, directs, and oversees all Mechanical Installation activities of entire installation crew to ensure that installation and Inspection objectives of project are accomplished safely within prescribed time frame/contractual requirements.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and materials
• Enforces established company, job site policies, procedures, and standards of performance.
• Submits Daily Field Reports in coordination with the Project Manager and project team.
• Determines optimal means and methods for the mechanical installations of the project.
• All work is to be in accordance with the specified codes applicable to the works being done.
• All work must be performed in a safe manner and meet any OSHA or other safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications/ Skills:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a mechanical site superintendent working with HVAC and Plumbing systems and managing installers
• Knowledge of construction management, building standards, specifications and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks on projects
• Diplomacy and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
• Proficient in MS office

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Overview:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will provide technical knowledge and support with respect to the planning, maintenance, troubleshooting, project, and installation work on all mechanical systems. They will supervise other engineering and technical personnel engaged in the construction work. Interpret, explain and carry out engineering construction, design and inspection methods and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prepares and supervises the preparation of mechanical engineering designs, drawings, specifications, schedules, quantity and cost estimates for construction projects
• Plans, schedules and coordinates detailed phases of mechanical engineering work on projects according to specified Budgets, timelines, etc. Also perform Cost Control.
• Reviews consultant’s mechanical designs and submittal packages.
• Makes investigations of contractual and construction problems that may arise on construction projects.
• Makes engineering calculations and analysis in connection with mechanical design of HVAC, utility systems and transportation facilities.
• Prepares correspondence and prepare technical engineering reports in connection with projects.
• Works on a team with other engineers, drafting technicians and contracts personnel on planning, developing and finalizing technical and construction contract documents.
• Knows and follows the safety and health rules and safe working practices applicable to their job.
• Ensures that employees under their supervision follow established safe work practices and obey all safety rules.
• Regular and reliable attendance and performance is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
• At least Eight (8) years’ experience working in a similar position
• Experience leading and Managing teams
• Experience in the design and installation of HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Proficient in MS Suite
• Strong communication skills, as well as good management and leadership qualities.
