🚨WE’RE HIRING: AV/IT Technician

Join Team RBR

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and professional AV/IT Technician to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

* Age: 25–30 years
* Must own a reliable working vehicle
* Valid driver’s permit
* Clean driving record with no major accidents
* Valid Certificate of Character
* PLEA certificate or willingness to obtain one
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and strong work ethic
* Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Willing to travel to project sites throughout Trinidad & Tobago
* Physically fit and capable of working at heights, using ladders, and carrying out installations
* Successful applicants will be required to undergo and pass a mandatory drug test prior to employment.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following:

* CCTV & Security Systems
* Access Control Systems
* Alarm Systems
* Structured Cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber)
* Networking & Wi-Fi Solutions
* Audio Visual Systems
* TV & Display Installations
* Starlink Installations
* PC Repair & Technical Support
* Basic Electrical Installation

Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

* Install, configure, and maintain AV, IT, and security systems
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Complete service calls and preventative maintenance
* Maintain accurate job documentation
* Represent the RBR brand professionally at all times
* Follow company safety procedures and installation standards

* Age 30–35 years.

* Valid driver’s permit with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

* Clean driving record with no accident history.

* Must be able to professionally bend and install PVC conduit.

* Basic knowledge of:

* Must possess a valid Certificate of Character and P.L.E.A. certification.
