Ltd was established 8th November 2010 by Anslem Waithe and Paul Waithe whom combined have over 11 years experience in Construction. We provide all building services including but not limited to: Excavation, Masonry, Carpentry, Joinery, steel fabrication, plumbing and electrical services, Internal finishes / shop fitting and all superstructure and substructure finishes. Our focus is to meet and exceed our clients needs and expectations by consistently delivering outstanding quality work and services, while meeting budget and time requirements. We aim to always provide a pleasant experience for all our clients. Heavy Waithe's construction management team is headed by Mr. Anslem Waithe who currently has 6 years Construction and Project Management experience and hold a BSc.(Hons) Construction Management from Oxford Brookes University, England and also holds an HNC in Engineering from Stephenson College Leicester, England. Anslem Waithe Project Manages all of Heavy Waithe's construction projects with the highest level of professionalism and dedication. He has also Managed projects for clients such as Methanex Trinidad Ltd, Gulf-View Medical Ctr., Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago and Digicel. Paul Waithe handles our Contracts Management and procurement. He has over 5 years experience working for the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) in this profile. HWCL is based in San Fernando, Trinidad and operates nationwide.
