VACANCY: Accounts Officer & Customer Service Representative
Do you have a passion for customer service and a strong background in accounting?
Alumax Ltd is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate invoices and receipts
✅ Provide general administrative support
✅ Prepare quotations and process orders
✅ Perform customer and bank reconciliations
✅ Follow up on outstanding customer accounts
✅ Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
✅ Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications:
✅ ACCA Level 1
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✅ Experience using Accounting Software such as SAGE
✅ Minimum 2–3 years' experience in accounting, customer service, or a similar hybrid role
✅ Associate Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
📍 Location: El Socorro (Candidates must be based within the East/West Corridor)
