Three years ago, Adam joined Broomes' Lawn Care with experience cutting grass along the highway.
Today, look at the work he's producing. 👏🏾🌿
From lawn maintenance and weeding to plant treatments, pruning, shaping ficus, maintaining garden beds and completing the final cleanup.
His skill set has grown tremendously.
Over the past three years, I've had the pleasure of training Adam, sharing what I've learned and watching him develop his abilities.
But training alone doesn't produce results.
He had to be willing to learn, practise and take pride in his work.
While I've been hospitalized, Adam has taken on additional responsibility, doing his best to keep our clients' properties maintained.
He recently forwarded me these videos of the jobs he completed, and I couldn't help but feel proud.
Not just because the properties look beautiful.
But because I can see how far he's come.
One of the rewards of building a business is watching the people who work alongside you grow.
Well done, Adam. I'm proud of you, brother! 👊🏾
