Christian Bale’s nonprofit, Together California, is building a $22 million foster-care village in Palmdale. The project will feature 12 homes, two transitional studios, and a 7,000 sq ft community center designed to keep siblings together under the care of trained foster parents. Construction began in 2024, and the first homes are expected to open by late 2025 or early 2026.
