We are looking for a Senior Business Developer — but not in the conventional sense.
This is not a marketing role.
And not a standard hire.
We are looking for someone who approaches this like a founder. Someone who sees the commercial potential in what Avci Architects has built and wants a genuine stake in what it becomes. Not an employee with a title, but a commercial partner.
You understand international architecture, construction and development markets from the inside. Not as a designer, but as someone who knows how practices win work, how developers think, and how deals are made. You have real relationships in the right rooms. A proven track record. The judgement to know which opportunities are worth pursuing — and the appetite to go after them.
Minimum five years in a similar role.
You are an allrounder — as sharp in a client boardroom as you are on LinkedIn. Comfortable with AI tools as well as InDesign or Canva. You understand the architecture and development world well enough to have a serious conversation with anyone in it.
You have chosen not to run your own practice. You are not looking for just a salary. You are looking for something worth committing to — and a real commercial stake in what you help to build.
Fluent English is essential. Strong references required.
A Salary Plus arrangement:
