In Mazandaran , a city boasting diverse terrain
encompassing mountains, hills, valleys, and coastlines, tourism and the economy thrive, fueled by its advantageous natural features.
However, the city is facing challenges arising from an excessive focus on new construction developments, leading to a rapid increase in building density and the subsequent narrowing of living spaces for its inhabitants.
To counter this issue and maintain a sense of connectedness among family members, a project has been envisioned to create ventilated spaces amidst the city’s dense urbanization, particularly vital in the context of today’s rapid economic growth.
Situated approximately 1km from the seashore, this innovative house design capitalizes on open spaces to capture the refreshing sea breeze, providing a constant flow of fresh air throughout. The layout seamlessly integrates all aspects of daily life, fostering easy communication.
The essence of this residential lies in its embrace of a liberating and generous way of life, mirroring the character and spirit of the locals themselves. By prioritizing a balance between natural ventilation and thoughtful spatial planning, this project serves as a testament to how architecture can enhance the lives of its residents amidst a rapidly evolving urban landscape.
