“When the concept of 'Home' goes beyond creating a concrete box to live in, it becomes a journey of understanding the true relationship between architecture and nature.

This rendering captures the essence of Modern Tropical design, softening the rigid lines of modern structure with the warm, gentle rhythm of natural timber screens. The elevated ground floor is intentionally designed to let the tropical breeze flow through freely, aligned with optimal wind directions. Meanwhile, the top floor embraces the sky with expansive glass panels, welcoming abundance of natural light and seamlessly connecting the interior with the surrounding pine trees.

Every square meter has been meticulously thought out—from the logic of its layout to the play of shade and shadow that shifts beautifully throughout the day. Because a great house is one that inspires you every single morning. ”

[ Text description provided by the architects ] - An suburban detached house that symbolizes the early incarnation of the dream for an emerging. An ‘L’-shaped gable roof defines this house, with an appendix for common areas and another one for bedrooms, which embraces a generous porch facing noon.

The visual possibilities of the interior plasterboard wrapping are exploited to build a sequence of continuous spaces, trying, nevertheless, to set clear transitions and keep the uniqueness and autonomy of each space. The retractable sliding doors multiply the possibilities of fragmentation and privacy, the flawless white improves the light reverberation that brights up this second life of the house.

IDENT RESIDENTIAL 07 : The elevation of the building was made modest, wearing black slate skin stone and wood-like material as secondary skin to reduce heat from the west sun. A little opening was made to allow a view from the balcony area.
