บริษัท ผดุงศิลป์โยธาการ จำกัด ได้ดำเนินการติดตั้งเสาป้าย Hiway Sign ขนาดความสูง 24 เมตร โครงการก่อสร้างสถานีบริการน้ำมัน ปตท. จิระ ปิโตรเลียม อำเภอปลวกแดง จังหวัดระยอง เมื่อวันที่ 11 สิงหาคม 2569

ในขั้นตอนก่อนการยกเสาป้าย ทีมงานของบริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการประชุมทีมงานเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของเครื่องจักรและพนักงาน เพื่อความปลอดภัยอย่างสูงสุด และในระหว่างการยกติดตั้ง จะมีการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างวัสดุและแนวเชื่อมอย่างละเอียดทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้างและภายหลังจากการติดตั้งเสาเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ทีมงานได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบแนวเชื่อมที่ฐานเสาป้ายโดยวิธี PT (Penetrant Testing) ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการทดสอบแนวเชื่อมที่ใช้สารแทรกซึม เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพงานเชื่อมและความปลอดภัยของโครงสร้างโดยรวม ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินงานทุกขั้นตอนได้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้โครงการแล้วเสร็จอย่างมีคุณภาพ ปลอดภัยตลอดอายุการใช้งาน และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า.

Padungsilpa Civil Work Co.,Ltd. carried out the installation of a 24-meter-high Hiway Sign pole for the construction project of the PTT JIRA Petroleum Service Station, located in Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province, on August 11, 2026.
Prior to lifting and installing the sign pole, the company’s team conducted a safety briefing and coordination meeting to ensure the readiness of all machinery, equipment, and personnel, with the highest level of safety as the primary consideration.
During the lifting and installation process, the structural components and weld joints were carefully inspected at every stage to ensure the quality, integrity, and structural strength of the installation. Upon completion of the pole installation, the team conducted an inspection of the weld joints at the base of the sign pole using the PT (Penetrant Testing) method. This is a non-destructive testing process that uses a penetrant material to detect surface-breaking defects in welds, thereby ensuring the quality of the welding work and the overall structural safety.
All work activities were carried out in accordance with the applicable standards and requirements to ensure that the project was completed with high quality and safety, providing long-term structural reliability throughout its service life and complying with the customer’s requirements.
