เทคนิคการเจนภาพแปลน 2D ให้เป็น 3D Floor Plan โดยที่ยังคงรักษาวัสดุให้แม่นยำ
เนื่องจากโมเดลที่ใช้ในการเจนภาพเพื่อเปลี่ยนภาพแปลน 2D ให้เป็น 3D คือ Nano Banana (gemini-3-pro-image) เป็นโมเดลประเภท Text-to-Image ซึ่งทุกภาพเกิดจากพรอมท์เพียงเท่านั้น โมเดลจะทำการ "ตีความและทำความเข้าใจ" ความหมายของ Prompt อย่างลึกซึ้งก่อนจะเริ่มเจนภาพ
ต่างจากโมเดลที่ใช้ใน Stable Diffusion หรือ ComfyUI (เช่น SD 1.5, SDXL, Flux) ที่จะสามารถใช้ ControlNet เป็นตัวช่วยควบคุมโครงสร้างและองค์ประกอบของภาพได้แม่นยำกว่า
