Our design for Karun Thai Tea, Central Khon Kaen, is guided by the idea of creating a space that quietly belongs to its surroundings.

For this branch, we wanted the architecture to feel calm rather than loud. Working within a compact footprint, every design decision was made with restraint. The project introduces Karun's architectural language through warm natural materials, gentle curves, layered lighting, and carefully crafted details. Rather than demanding attention, the space is designed to establish a clear and recognizable identity through a subtle, timeless architectural expression.

Congratulations to Karun Thai Tea on the opening of the new Central Khon Kaen branch, and thank you for the trust placed in Be Blank to Behind Studio throughout the design process.

วันนี้เข้ามาเช็กงานโครงสร้าง รายละเอียดหน้างาน และคุยกับทีมก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้ทุกส่วนเดินไปในทิศทางเดียวกับแบบที่วางไว้

Maison 81, Sanambinnam

A second-place residence by the Chao Phraya River.

คอนโดขนาด 81 ตารางเมตร ภายในโครงการ Manor Sanambinnam ถูกวางให้เป็นที่พักในเมืองสำหรับเจ้าของที่ต้องการพื้นที่สงบ ใช้งานง่าย และมีบรรยากาศต่างจากบ้านหลัก

พื้นที่เดิมประกอบด้วย 2 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำ พร้อมส่วน living / dining ที่เชื่อมต่อกับวิวริมน้ำและแสงธรรมชาติจากด้านนอก แนวทางออกแบบจึงไม่ได้เน้นการตกแต่งให้มากเกินไป แต่เน้นการปรับสัดส่วน บรรยากาศ และวัสดุให้ห้องรู้สึกอบอุ่นขึ้น อยู่ได้นาน และมีความเป็น residential มากกว่า show unit

ภาษาหลักของงานคือ soft modern classic ที่ถูกทำให้เบาลงด้วยโทน ivory, warm beige, pale oak และ brushed brass รายละเอียดอย่างผนัง panel, wallpaper ลาย botanical อ่อนๆ, เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้สีอ่อน และผ้า linen ถูกใช้เพื่อสร้างความต่อเนื่องระหว่าง living, dining, bedroom และ bathroom

soft natural daylight คล้ายแสงช่วงบ่ายที่ผ่านม่านโปร่งและช่องเปิดขนาดใหญ่ เงาไม่แข็งจนเกินไป แต่ยังพอเห็น texture ของไม้ ผ้า หิน และผนัง เพื่อให้ห้องดูสงบ มีมิติ และใช้งานได้จริง

โจทย์ของโปรเจคนี้ไม่ใช่การทำห้องให้ดูหรูที่สุด แต่คือการทำคอนโดเมืองขนาด 81 ตร.ม. ให้กลายเป็น second place ที่มี character ชัดเจน สบาย และพร้อมอยู่ในทุกวัน

เข้าเช็คหน้างานวันนี้ ลองเปิดไฟจริงและเช็คบรรยากาศรวมของพื้นที่อีกทีครับ
ตอนนี้หลายส่วนเริ่มเห็น mood ของงานชัดขึ้นแล้ว ทั้งแสง วัสดุ และโทนสีโดยรวม
ช่วงนี้จะเป็นการเก็บรายละเอียดพวก lighting balance กับงาน built-in เป็นหลัก
เพื่อให้เวลาใช้งานจริง บรรยากาศออกมาพอดีและสบายตาที่สุด
