🍊 แนวคิดหลัก: 'โดดเด่น สร้างเร็ว บำรุงรักษาง่าย'
เรามุ่งเน้นการออกแบบที่ตอบโจทย์ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและภาพลักษณ์ที่น่าจดจำ:
• ทางเข้าที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์: สร้างจุดดึงดูดสายตาบริเวณทางเข้าหลักให้ดูโดดเด่นและเรียบง่าย ด้วยการใช้ สีส้มอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ ของลูกค้า
• โครงสร้างที่คุ้มค่า: ส่วนอื่นๆ ของอาคารเน้นความเรียบง่าย มีจังหวะ ไม่น่าเบื่อ แต่ใช้ ผนังสำเร็จรูป เป็นหลัก เพื่อความรวดเร็วในการก่อสร้างและควบคุมงบประมาณ

Here is the concept development for our new pharmaceutical factory and office, driven by the core requirements of 'Cost-Effectiveness, Rapid Construction, and Easy Maintenance.' We achieve this through the strategic use of prefabricated panels and a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
🍊 Core Concept: Stand Out, Build Fast, Maintain Easy
Our design focuses on maximizing efficiency while creating a memorable corporate image:
• Distinctive Entrance (The Signature Look):
• The main entrance is designed to be the primary focal point (unique and straightforward) using the client's iconic orange color to ensure immediate brand recognition.
• Cost-Effective Structure (The Smart Build):
• The rest of the building features a modern, clean look with a measured rhythm and simplicity, preventing a monotonous appearance.
• We primarily utilize prefabricated wall systems to drastically speed up construction time and tightly control the budget.
• Sustainable Design (The Minimalist Approach):
• A minimalist (Minimal) approach to decoration, combined with smart material selection, ensures that long-term maintenance is simple and economical.
This design successfully merges the strict functional demands of a pharmaceutical facility with a corporate image that is both Modern and Instantly Recognizable.

แบบร่างการออกแบบ 2 อาคารสำนักงานและโรงงาน
เป็นงานออกแบบที่ทางทีมต้อง ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า พอสมควร จากโจทย์ที่ได้รับคือ อาคารสำนักงาน ผสม โรงงาน ที่ต้องให้ ภาพลักษณ์ที่ไม่เหมือนโรงงาน ทางทีมตอบโจทย์ลูกค้าด้วยการ ลด การใช้วัสดุที่จะทำให้อาคารดูเป็น โรงงาน ลง แล้วใช้วัสดุอื่นแทน ทำให้เกิดแบบร่างอาคารออกเป็น สองรูปแบบ

1. รูปแบบที่ 1 (เน้นความเท่และทันสมัย)
อาคารนี้ถูกออกแบบให้แสดงถึง สถาปัตยกรรมโมเดิร์นร่วมสมัย (Contemporary Modern) โดยเน้นที่ความเรียบง่ายทางรูปทรง การใช้วัสดุอุตสาหกรรม (Industrial Materials) คือ กระจก และ โลหะฉลุ หรือ อะลูมิเนียม เป็นวัสดุหลักในการสร้าง รูปลักษณ์ ให้อาคารดู โฉบเฉี่ยว และทันสมัย

2. รูปแบบที่ 2 (เน้นความอบอุ่นและธรรมชาติ)
อาคารนี้ถูกออกแบบให้แสดงถึง สถาปัตยกรรมโมเดิร์นร่วมสมัย (Contemporary Modern) ที่มีการผสมผสานวัสดุธรรมชาติอย่าง ไม้ เข้ากับ กระจก เพื่อสร้างอาคารที่มีความสวยงาม ทันสมัย และ คำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยไม่ให้มีภาพลักษณ์เป็นโรงงานจนเกินไป

🔑 สรุปความแตกต่างของแนวคิด
ทั้งสองรูปแบบถูกออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิด โมเดิร์น (Modern) โดยมีความแตกต่างกันคือ:

• รูปแบบที่ 1: เน้นความ เท่ และ ร่วมสมัย
• รูปแบบที่ 2: เน้นความ อบอุ่น และ ความเป็นธรรมชาติ

🏗️ Design Rationale: Two Office and Factory Building Concepts
This design brief required the team to thoroughly understand the client's needs. The core challenge was to design a combined Office and Factory building that had a non-industrial aesthetic. Our team addressed this by minimizing the use of materials commonly associated with factory buildings and substituting them with alternative materials, resulting in two distinct concept designs.

1. Concept 1 (Focus: Coolness and Modernity)
This building is also designed in the Contemporary Modern Architecture style, focusing on simplicity of form and the use of Industrial Materials. The main materials are glass and perforated metal or aluminum, used to create a sleek and modern façade.
• Key Concept: Emphasizes Coolness and Contemporary Style.

2. Concept 2 (Focus: Warmth and Nature)
This building is designed to reflect a Contemporary Modern Architecture style. It integrates natural materials such as wood with glass to create a beautiful, modern structure that is environmentally conscious and successfully avoids an overly industrial look.
• Key Concept: Emphasizes Warmth and Natural Elements.

Both concepts are designed under the Modern architectural framework, but they differ as follows:

แบบร่าง 2 โรงงานอาคารผลิตยา

ดีไซน์โรงงานยา 3 สไตล์ ที่เราตั้งใจออกแบบ

กว่าจะเป็นโรงงานผลิตยาคุณภาพ ไม่ได้มีแค่เรื่องเครื่องจักร แต่ "ดีไซน์" ก็สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน!
วันนี้เราเลยขอโชว์ 3 รูปแบบอาคารโรงงานผลิตยาที่เราออกแบบไว้ ซึ่งแต่ละสไตล์ก็มีเสน่ห์และเอกลักษณ์ที่แตกต่างกันชัดเจน

1. สไตล์อุตสาหกรรม-อบอุ่น (ภาพที่ 1)
• เน้น: การผสมผสานที่ลงตัวระหว่างโครงสร้างสีส้ม/ไม้ที่ดูอบอุ่นกับอาคารสีเข้ม มีการใช้ต้นไม้เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของดีไซน์ ทำให้ดู โปร่ง สบายตา และเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
2. สไตล์ร่วมสมัย-พรีเมียม (ภาพที่ 2)
• เน้น: ความหรูหรา สง่างาม ด้วยการใช้ระแนงไม้สีอ่อนตัดกับโครงสร้างสีขาว-ฟ้า ดู สะอาดตา มีระดับ และน่าเข้าใช้บริการ

3. สไตล์โมเดิร์น-ลอฟท์ (ภาพที่ 3)
• เน้น: ความเรียบง่าย เท่ ทันสมัย ด้วยโทนสีเทาเข้มและกระจกบานใหญ่ ดูเป็นอาคารที่ แข็งแกร่งและน่าเชื่อถือ

Building a quality pharmaceutical plant involves more than just machinery; "design" is equally crucial! Today, we are showcasing 3 architectural concepts for a pharmaceutical factory building that we have designed, each possessing a clear and distinct charm and identity.
1. Style 1: Industrial-Warm (Image 1)
• Focus: A perfect blend of warm orange/wood-toned structures with darker-colored building masses. The design incorporates greenery as an integral part, making the facility look open, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly.
2. Style 2: Contemporary-Premium (Image 2)
• Focus: Elegance and sophistication, achieved through light-colored wooden battens contrasting with a white and blue structure. This style appears clean, upscale, and approachable/inviting.
3. Style 3: Modern-Loft (Image 3)
• Focus: Simplicity, coolness, and modernity, utilizing dark grey tones and large glass panels. The building conveys a sense of strength and trustworthiness.
