📸 Villa Montana – Details & Finishes 🏡

A further look at the completed Villa Montana extension, captured by Anne-Sophie Maestracci, whose photography highlights the structural precision and finishing details that define this project.

These images showcase the integration of the new independent structure beneath the existing villa. From layout geometry to final surface finishes, this project demanded accuracy at every stage to achieve a seamless result.

🏗️ Angthong Hills Renovation – Major Progress Update 🏔️

A lot of progress has been made on our Angthong renovation, and the project is now moving at full speed with three-phase mains power finally connected by the PEA.

The ducted Mitsubishi air conditioning system is installed, and electrical and plumbing rough-in is nearly complete as we prepare to render the entire property. Bringing the building back into line and square has required a huge amount of corrective work, but that precision is essential for the final finish.

The main staircase steel fabrication is complete, and ready to received stone finishing. The pool heating and filtration systems are now installed and ready for commissioning, and the rooftop solar panels are being installed.

This one is transforming quickly: more updates soon as we move into the next phase.

🎉 Happy New Year & Villa Montana – Project Complete 🏡✨

Wishing all our clients, partners, and associates a very happy New Year. We’re pleased to begin the year by finally sharing the completed Villa Montana extension project.

Following on from our earlier updates, the project is now fully complete and the final photography is in. While photos rarely capture the full experience of a space, they give a great sense of the scale, quality, and attention to detail achieved across this build.

The extension adds approximately 175 square metres of new living space, seamlessly integrated beneath the existing villa. The finished areas include:

A large guest bedroom with ensuite
A gym / office with its own bathroom
Maid’s quarters and bathroom
Laundry room
Generous storage rooms
Direct access to the lower garden

This was not a simple add-on, but a fully engineered independent structure, carefully adapted to work with the existing villa, presenting a number of technical challenges that required thoughtful design and precise ex*****on.
