Hey, It's okay I'm exist just to let you know that "it's okay"

Will you be disappointed in me?

That’s the question that crosses your mind right before you make a choice for your own life. It doesn’t just cross your mind, it takes over. Your will, your thoughts, your desires start to feel small under the weight of it, because somehow their presence is still standing right in the middle of your decision. You care so much about what they think, not because you’re weak, but because you love them. You care what it will do to them, how it will make them feel.

So you wait. You hold back. You hesitate. You carry the weight of their possible disappointment before it’s even happened, and call it love.

And at some point in life, you realize this life isn’t even yours anymore. It’s not about you. It hasn’t been about you for a while.

But at the end of the day, you only get one life.

So maybe it’s time to start asking yourself a different question: will you be disappointed in you, if you don’t choose to do the thing you’re supposed to do?

Sometimes I wish someone would show up and say, "let's run away from all of this together."

But that's not how life usually works. Whatever comes, we have to face it ourselves.

And maybe that's okay. Because every time we choose to face it instead of run — we get a little stronger. A little braver. A little more ourselves....; )

Hey, it’s okay.

To the ones who only know how to give…
The ones who pour and pour until there’s barely anything left for themselves…

What happens when the giver gets tired?

When your heart is full of intentions, but your energy feels like it’s being drained by the day…
When people tell you to “rest,” but your mind is staring at mountains that won’t move on their own…
When you try to be yourself, but somehow that version of you is still “not enough” for others…

I know that place.

The place where you feel misunderstood no matter how much you explain…
Where being around people feels more like a responsibility than a comfort…
Where even your silence feels like a problem you have to fix.

So you keep showing up.
You keep giving.
You keep pretending.

But hey… it’s okay to admit this:

You’re tired.

Not weak. Not ungrateful. Not dramatic.
Just… tired.

And maybe right now, rest doesn’t look like stopping everything.
Maybe it starts with allowing yourself to not perform…
To not explain…
To not carry everyone else for a moment.

You are allowed to exist without entertaining.
You are allowed to be quiet without being “too much” or “not enough.”
You are allowed to choose yourself, even if no one understands it yet.

You don’t have to shrink who you are just to fit into someone else’s comfort.

Hey… it’s okay 🤍
