🏗️ FROM COFFEE TO COMPLETION 14 days— MAE RIM PROJECT

This project began the best way possible: through a recommendation from another customer we had recently completed work for in the Mae Rim area. (thanks Stephen Carroll )

We met for coffee, listened carefully to the customer’s ideas, discussed the available budget and developed a clear plan to bring everything together.

There was one major challenge: time - we had a lot to do, create a new room at the front of the house as a mudroom, build a 6mx6m carport/workshop and in addition create a 6mx6m terace and decking...oh and it pi**ed it down.

We had just two weeks to plan, organise and complete the entire project before our team moved directly onto another major renovation at the start of september. Work was scheduled to begin on 15 August, leaving no room for delays or poor coordination.

Materials, labour and every stage of construction had to be carefully planned from day one. Despite the tight schedule, we refused to compromise on workmanship or the finished result.

The outcome speaks for itself: another successfully delivered project, another happy customer and another recommendation earned through the quality of our work.

Tack tack tack... 6*3 frames soon to be available off the shelf for your own DIY outbuilding projects.

Maybe you want the outside building but quite fancy the project yourself... Crack on we will sell you the entire kit pre-cut ready to go together..

If you fancy a 6*3 office in your garden, this would be perfect, pour yourself a slab, and I'll send you all the framework,

Want to join two or three together to make an outdoor knockdown house or simple structure also perfect by the frame orientate it however you feel.

Smash smash

Sometimes all the fun comes at the start of the project and with this one we had identified a number of Walls that were jiggly at best and wibbly wobbly at worst so they had to come out.

Lucky we had just the energetic team for the job so a crate of m150 and some big hammers later everything was down and cleared out ready before the end of the day and moved off site
