VIVE กรุงเทพ กรีฑาตัดใหม่
Clubhouse และ Main gate ที่ทาง Land&House ให้ Design guideline มาว่า งานออกแบบต้องไม่เหมือนที่เคยทำเลยมาเลยในอดีต จึงเกิดเป็นงานที่ใช้ Clubhouse เป็น Iconic form ชิ้นเดียววางอยู่กลาง Space ของสวนขนาดใหญ่ และมี Main gate ทำหน้าที่เป็น Framing และ เป็น Foreground สำคัญเมื่อผู้ใช้งานเข้าสู่โครงการ การจัดวางอาคารทุกมุมจะถูกกำหนด จากแกนต่างๆของอาคารส่วนกลาง และบ้านที่อยู่โดยรอบ

งานออกแบบตกแต่งภายในล่าสุดของ Workspace สำหรับห้องตัวอย่าง โครงการ The Privacy เตาปูน อินเตอร์เชนจ์ โดย บ.พฤกษา เรียลเอสเตทจำกัด(มหาชน)

ใน concept "Female Rock Singer" เน้นความโดดเด่นด้วยดีไซน์ โทนสี ชมพู-ม่วง-แดง ที่ตัดกันแบบฉูดฉาด โดยงานนี้ได้ทีมจัด Prop จากคุณพลอย ที่หาของตกแต่งได้เท่และมีสไตล์ที่ตรงกับ concept มากๆ

Radisson Red Vientiane
โครงการโรงแรมสูง 9 ชั้น ห้องพัก 145 ห้อง กลางเมืองเวียงจันทน์ ที่อาคารถูกออกแบบให้สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมที่โดดเด่น งดงามของ สบบ.ลาว ผสมกับแนวคิดการออกแบบของ Radisson Red ที่มีสีแดง-ดำ เป็นตัวหลัก

ขอขอบคุณ TK Group และ Jitsamrit Development ที่ให้โอกาสทาง Workspace ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาโครงการนี้ครับ
