บ้านบุญสิริ

บ้านในเมืองที่มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยขนาดกลางในที่ดินขนาดใหญ่ เราออกแบบให้มีพื้นที่ว่างรอบๆบ้าน ทำให้ความรู้สึก เสมือนเป็นบ้านพักตากอากาศ การเลือกใช้วัสดุที่เรียบง่าย เบาสบาย รู้สึกอยากพักผ่อน เน้นให้มีพื้นที่โล่งๆ มองเห็นวิวสวน ต้นไม้รอบบ้าน เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติ อากาศถ่ายเท อีกทั้งวิวสระว่ายน้ำสามารถมองเห็นได้ทุกส่วนของบ้าน

We’re truly happy and proud that our studio, anonym, has the chance to be part of this shortlist—representing Thailand among such inspiring architects from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Indonesia, and India.

บ้านบุ๋น

บ้านในเมือง พื้นที่ดินขนาดเหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ใช้สอย สัดส่วนพอดีสำหรับกับครอบครัวขยาย ของคุณหมอ,นักบิน และสมาชิกตัวน้อย

เราออกแบบให้มี court เล็กๆภายในบ้าน เพื่อเปิดมุมมอง รับแสงธรรมชาติ และมีพื้นที่สามารถนั่งเล่น semi outdoor เชื่อมโยงระหว่างบ้านเดิม และบ้านหลังใหม่ ทำให้หน้าบ้านเสมือนมี 2 ด้าน ( ด้านที่ติดถนน และ ด้านทิศเหนือ ฝั่งบ้านหลังใหม่ และ บ้านเดิมของคุณปู่ คุณยา

บ้านจามจุรี
เจ้าของบ้านตั้งชื่อให้ เพราะบ้านหลังนี้มีต้นจามจุรีใหญ่ 6 ต้น เป็นที่ดินมรดกของครอบครัว เราสถาปนิกออกแบบขอเก็บต้นจามจุรีไว้ครบ🤓✌🏻💚
ระหว่างทางก็มีทีมรุกขกร (ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดูแลและจัดการต้นไม้ใหญ่) เข้ามาช่วยดูเป็นระยะ

ขั้นตอนอยู่ในช่วงงานจัดสวน ( sanitas studio ) ออกแบบงานภูมิสถาปนิก
หวังว่าจะร่มรื่น และสร้างบรรยากากาศน่าอยู่กว่าเดิม 🙇🍃

Baan Saikhoo

Like a poet William Wordsworth who have expressed his own view of man in relationships with nature and society and how the important of the natural world that surround us with his poetry. We express our own view of man’s relationships with nature trough a tectonic architecture, trough our continue searching of balancing and enhancing these relationships with our practices.

In this theme of the relationships is also in line with the name of the house “ Baan Sai Khoo “ that translate as a twin banyan house. The name originated from the two different types of banyan have been together as one for many years in this unoccupied land before we start the project.
