ใช้ชื่อว่า บริษัท เอสคิว อาร์คีเต็ค แอนด์ แปลนเนอร์ จำกัด
โดยตัวอักษรย่อ S กับ Q มาจากความร่วมมือระหว่าง
กลุ่มสถาปนิกอาวุโสจากบริษัท สำนักงานสันธยาและคณะ จำกัด
และกลุ่มวิศวกรอาวุโสจาก บริษัท ควอลิตี้ ทีม คอนซัลแทนท์ จำกัด
ต่อมาในช่วงปีพศ. 2539
ได้รวมกลุ่มกับทีมสถาปนิก จาก บริษัท ไอดีเอ สตูดีโอ จำกัด
ซึ่งก่อตั้งมาตั้งแต่ปี 2519 เข้าเป็นสมาชิก
ของกลุ่มบริษัท ทีม คอนซัลติ้ง เอนจิเนียริ่ง แอนด์ แมเนจเมนท์ จำกัด
จนถึงช่วงปีพศ. 2562 จึงได้ปรับชื่อบริษัทอีกครั้ง
เป็น บริษัท ทีมเอสคิว จำกัด
จนถึงปัจจุบัน วันนี้ครบ 30 ปีพอดี
ถือได้ว่าผ่านเรื่องราวมาไม่น้อย
เราเป็นบริษัทที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับทั้งสภาสถาปนิก และสภาวิศวกร
ทำงานน้อยใหญ่ทั้งราชการและเอกชนต่อเนื่องมาหลายปี
ผ่านมรสุมต่างๆมาหลายรอบ
และเวลานี้ก็ถือว่าเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ท้าทายเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

โดย บริษัท ทีม คอนซัลติ้ง เอนจิเนียริ่ง แอนด์ แมเนจเมนท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัทวิศวกรรมที่ปรึกษาที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของประเทศไทย
ซึ่งรับงานขนาดใหญ่ของภาครัฐมากว่า 40 ปี
ด้วยเหตุนี้ จึงทำให้เรามีงานต่อเนื่องมาตลอด และมีประเภทงานที่น่าสนใจนอกเหนือไปจากงานอาคารทั่วไป
อาทิเช่น งานออกแบบสะพาน สถานีรถไฟ สนามบิน การวางผังโครงการขนาดใหญ่ การทำการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการภาครัฐ เป็นต้น
แน่นอนว่าการทำงานให้ภาครัฐนั้น ไม่ได้ง่ายราบรื่นไปหมด

แต่งานที่เราทำนั้น มักจะมีผลกระทบส่งต่อคนจำนวนมาก
ทำให้งานของเรามีความหมาย และจะมีคุณค่ามาก ถ้าเราทำงานที่ดีออกไป

ทำให้การทำงานมีความมั่นคง
และมีระบบการทำงานที่รัดกุมมีประสิทธิภาพ
